Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order items are processed and shipped within 1-3 days. 

Custom Orders
Custom orders may take 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on the specifics of the request. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order and notify you once it has shipped.

Shipping Process
Once your package has been handed over to the post office, it is in their hands. We cannot control any delays, lost packages, or issues that arise during transit. If you're concerned about your package getting lost or delayed, we recommend upgrading to Priority Shipping at checkout for faster delivery and insurance.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has left our facility, we are unable to take responsibility for delays or lost packages. Please contact USPS if you encounter any shipping issues. Upgrading to Priority Shipping can provide additional tracking and faster service.
